Viorlena™ offers commonly used online payment methods through authorized payment service providers. All prices and transactions on our website are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated during checkout.

PayPal

If PayPal is selected, you will be transferred to PayPal’s checkout page to complete the transaction.

Depending on the options available in your region, you may:

  • Sign in to an existing PayPal account
  • Select PayPal’s guest checkout option
  • Enter an eligible credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account

After payment is completed, you will return to the Viorlena website to view your order confirmation.

Card availability may vary according to your country, card issuer, and payment provider.

When submitting a card payment, please confirm that:

Viorlena does not directly store your complete card number or card security code. Transaction information is handled through encrypted checkout systems operated by the relevant payment provider.

Payment Authorization

Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may decline or temporarily hold a payment for reasons including:

  • Transaction limits

Pending Charges

An unsuccessful or interrupted checkout may occasionally create a temporary authorization on your account. This is not always a completed charge.

Temporary authorizations are normally released according to your bank or payment provider’s processing schedule. Viorlena cannot control the exact release time.

Currency Conversion

All orders are charged in USD. If your account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee.

Any conversion charges are determined by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal and are not collected by Viorlena.
